Job Description

Tengiva is seeking a Digital Marketing Director with 5+ years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns.

As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for SEO, SEM, Hubspot management in addition to various other growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is excited about building a brand from the ground up!  This role requires someone who has a growth - focused mindset, is comfortable in ambiguity, brings a POV on how to build a brand digitally and is capable of hands-on campaign set up, management & measurement.

 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing complete digital marketing projects according to the organization's goals. 

  • Create efficient, effective advertising strategies in digital spaces to promote products or services. 

  • Demonstrate an immediate focus on user acquisition and must have experience managing campaign strategy across Hubspot, Google, Facebook and Instagram Ads --> with a focus on delivering a target ROAS.  

  • Once the engine of performance marketing is in place you'll help craft our full funnel strategy to build our global brand presence. 

  • Demonstrate an expert-level knowledge of e-commerce and the ever-changing digital marketplace. 

  • Advanced understanding of Internet regulations and standards is a plus. Technical abilities such as a mastery of SEO (search engine optimization) is necessary, as is the ability to establish or maintain online brand recognition for the company.

Qualifications

About you

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience.

  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to efficient, effective advertising strategies in digital spaces to promote products or services. 

  • Proficiency with the digital advertising and organic traffic using Hubspot, Google, Facebook and Instagram Ads

  • You have a passion for building digital customer journeys.

  • A positive, “yes and” attitude to the creative process

  • Ability and motivation to learn new tools quickly. 

  • Proactively lookout the digital presence for improvement.

  • Excellent english level, French and other languages is a plus.

Place of work

Remote, but… If you love to see people, we have a state-of-the-art expertise center located in Montreal facing Canal Lachine, where you'll be welcome every day.

Position conditions

Full-time salary position with benefits and paid vacations.

Like most companies, we require a 3-month probation period. 

We supply a Macbook Air, or you can “bring your own device”.

Salary

$ 43.00 /hour, if you work 40 hours/week, this represents $ 89,440 / year.
