👤 Your Profile
•    University degree (Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or related field).
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
•    English language proficiency.
•    Good communication abilities.
•    Experience in training, learning & development, HR, operations support, or data analysis is considered an advantage.

🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
•    Identify training and development needs based on business requirements and individual development plans.
•    Support the development and implementation of the annual training plan. 
•    Design, coordinate, and monitor training programs tailored to operational and organizational needs.
•    Coordinate employee certification and authorization processes, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
•    Advise managers on learning solutions, development initiatives, and training methodologies.
•    Monitor training KPIs and evaluate learning effectiveness.
•    Manage training providers and monitor employee training progress.
•    Maintain and update training records, and learning documentation
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to training and competency management
