We are currently seeking a Business Coordination Analyst for our inside sales department. This role involves carrying out preliminary strategic analysis for customer’s request of quotations and preparing the business proposal and final quotation for management approvals, with the support and guidance of a well-structured organization and a strong sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out preliminary strategic analysis for a RFQ and launching several processes such as delivery allocation, product and logistics costs, technical product analysis, contractual terms and conditions, tax implications, HSE related issues and credit queries to several Tenaris departments and if applicable, quotation requests to suppliers.
  • Analysing the info received by other departments and, together with CFE, proposing a pricing strategy to address the inquiry.
  • Preparing a ready to print offer for submission to customer in accordance with RFQ requirements, including all technical and contractual deviations and any additional information and documents as requested.
  • Registering offers in TS transactional systems and managing updates during the different stages of business.
  • The scope is focused on a group of accounts with similarities in terms of business culture, practices, competitive environment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a global environment
  • Foreign Languages: English – advanced
  • Specific knowledge; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office applications (mainly Excel and Power point)
  • Good team player, able to connect with different cultures and different levels inside the organization,  goal and customer oriented, organized and with a continuous learning mindset.
