Junior Electrical / Mechanical Engineer

• Location: Zalau, Romania
• Department: Maintenance

Purpose:

• Follows up the execution of the maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and that the internal/external services comply with time, cost, quality and safety standards.
• Ensures availability of necessary materials and spare parts guaranteeing adequate stock levels. Prepares the budget of spare parts
• Analyzes machine performance in order to: identify the causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions; look for improvement opportunities and maximize its useful life.

The “Junior Engineer - Maintenance” role is the ideal job for Junior Engineers, in the form of a development program, which offers professional development and real life experience with the leading Romanian producer of small diameter seamless steel pipes used in the mechanical industry, automotive, oil&gas, chemical and petrochemical industry, power industry. 

General overview of the program:

• The program is consist of a complex development cycle with an approximate duration of four years and it will include the following phases:
• Two year-long assignments in the maintenance areas with specific responsibilities. 
• Three months induction in Argentina at Tenaris University Induction Camp
• Top-quality training and mentoring to help you take full advantage of your potential and get a head start in your career.
• Two year mid-career stage formation and on the job training, including a two months development program in Mexico and two months in Italy.
