About the job/ Client: The position is with Real World One, in Partnership and funded by IKA. In this position, you will be apart of the creation of a first-ever VR World of Science and Technology experience; A collaborative Virtual Reality gaming platform between industry leading scientists and universities for one of the world’s biggest industries. If you're interested in pushing the boundaries of VR and AR through Science and Technology with a gamification element, this may be the opportunity for you! 

• This position is intended for someone interested in relocating to Germany (Visa and Relocation provided)
• Drive the creative process and empower everyone around you to contribute to the process by leading the design and art team in all creative tasks
• Solve complex visual problems and turn them into innovative, beautifully clear solutions
• Develop and constantly improve the UX and UI
• Work with external partners and developers on identifying creative applications and inspiring them on our solutions
• Ensure quality and style of the gameplay, artwork, music and audio assets
• Allocate creative tasks to the design and art team 
• Report to the Studio Head and the parent Company President

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in designing for games, software products or web applications
• MUST HAVE: Experience in developing for VR in proven Lead/Manager/Director roles on at least one title
• High level experience with the Unreal Engine 4 and advanced experience with Unity 3D
• Experience in developing for AR / Augmented Reality is a huge plus
• Proficient in industry standard design tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Aware of trends and new technologies
• Interest in VR Filming

Benefits & Pay:

• This position is a Director Level position and they would be leading the team
• Pay can be 200k+ (pay increase ranging from 35% or more from recent years salary)
• Equity offered for the VR/AR division (parent company around for 30+ years)
• Location of the company is close to France, Switzerland, the Black Forest and the Alps for those who like to travel or do outdoor activities on weekends
• Relocation and visa/immigration support will be provided by the company for the employee and family
• All office communications are in English
• Can spend 9 months a year in Germany but work 3 months per year remotely from anywhere in the world
