Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for a dynamic role in Brisbane? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Temperzone and Hitachi, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring our products and services are represented positively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, sales, pricing, and general stock.
  • Process customer quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing, and manage deliveries.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock allocation, and inter-branch stock transfers.
  • Manage returns, credits, and work with the credit department on customer accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Organise deliveries and logistics, manage back orders, and handle special delivery requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer conflicts and complaints effectively.
  • Adhere to company safety and environmental policies, demonstrating safe work practices.

Qualifications

  • High level communication skills via phone or email correspondence.
  • Data entry management is a must.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or logistics.
