Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Process Workers to join our team based at our Blacktown manufacturing site. These are hands-on roles within Assembly Lines. These roles are permanent full-time, hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am to 2.30pm and Friday 6am to 12pm. 

Reporting to the Supervisor, this busy hands-on role will require you to be across the following tasks: 

  • Cut and install insulation on panels, assemble panels into chassis sub-frames, and fit componentry onto bases.
  • Fit fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets.
  • Follow job sheets and engineering drawings, identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions, and demonstrate safe work practices.
  • Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed, including preparation of coils, fitting and brazing metal components, and assisting other assembly functions.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools 
  • Strong work ethic and team player 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver’s license, reliable transport, and work eligibility
