Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Agent (Quebecois French & American English)
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Hybrid – Onsite & Remote)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Morning & Evening Shifts), Some Weekends Based on Business Needs
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent bilingual Call Center Agent who can communicate effortlessly in both Quebecois French and American English to join our Dallas-based team. This position supports both inbound and outbound customer communications and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in various areas, including:
Customer Service Support
Account Guidance & Maintenance
Account Troubleshooting
Qualifying Customers for Sales Opportunities
This hybrid position will require work onsite at our Dallas headquarters as well as remote work, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional and empathetic service in both Quebecois French and American English via phone.
Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Guide customers through account setup, updates, and resolution of any technical or account-related problems.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on cases as needed.
Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Adhere to quality assurance standards and compliance protocols, including customer data protection.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in Quebecois French AND American English is a STRICT requirement.
Applicants who are not fluent in Quebecois French will be automatically disqualified.
Must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Must be able to work both onsite at our Dallas headquarters and remote (hybrid work schedule).
Must be Microsoft Office proficient, including:
Excel
Outlook
Teams
PowerPoint
SharePoint
Must pass a typing test with a minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM).
