Job Description

Position Title: B2B Sales Call Center Agent

Schedule: 1st Shift | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift
Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission

Position Overview:

Telvista is seeking highly driven, energetic, and results-oriented B2B Sales Call Center Agents to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you’ll connect with business owners across the country, helping them secure facility appliances and heavy-duty machinery insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts for insurance and equipment coverage.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Manage and track all leads, opportunities, and sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies that maximize revenue and client retention.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and overcome objections.
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience while driving measurable business results.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience (Call Center or Inside Sales preferred).
  • Proven success working with commission-based sales structures and meeting aggressive targets.
  • 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience required.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
  • High-energy, motivated, and competitive mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Must pass a background check prior to employment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including occasional weekends as needed.
