• Wireframe and design graphics for web, social, print, and branding
• Concept brands from scratch
• Research, interpret, and organize content for designs
• Work with team to brainstorm, plan, and design creative projects
• Capture (via photo) #TeamTellwell on a regular basis and share via social
• Shoot in studio and on location for a variety of mediums (portfolio should include people and products)
• Make our team even better and have fun doing it

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong typographical skills, illustration skills, and use of space
• Thrive in a fast, demanding startup environment
• A keen eye for beautiful and attractive design
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum of two years designing and/or shooting at an agency/firm/studio

• Familiarity with motion graphics and interactivity through AfterEffects
• Experience with video (shooting/editing/lighting)
• Experience with infographic or information design
• Knowledge of WordPress and CSS
• Experience with Asana and/or Everhour
