Job Description

Tello Events is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our outgoing team of marketing and e-commerce professionals. You are an independant learner who understands digital marketing, digital communications, and online platforms. You love finding opportunity through analytics, and most importantly, you have a customer service oriented mentality.

As Digital Marketing Specialist - you'll be the focal contact with your client listing, and you'll be integral to generating engagement with our clients and their customer base. By working across boundaries – departments, countries, and functions – you will have a key impact on your clients' success. You will always keep the long term goals of our clients in mind and make sure to connect the dots to optimize service delivery to create a great experience for clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build great relationships and act as main point of contact to book of clients while managing digital marketing programs.
  • Build, develop and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI for our clients
  • From the initial campaign pitch, to campaign setup, execution, reporting and analysis, manage all aspects of the marketing campaign.
  • Monitor, oversee and develop strategies to effectively compete in the marketplace
  • Regularly update clients on cumulative progress by facilitating periodic meetings and other communication channels
  • On a monthly basis, create client-facing reports on all aspects of current campaigns, analyze data, then find and present opportunities
  • Work cross-departmentally with the ecommerce and other marketing departmentments to make sure to improve client’s customer experience, to optimize success and better serve overall digital strategy
  • Proactively build subject matter expertise and share knowledge with co-workers
  • Collaborate with outside parties and experts to make sure our strategies are carried out: plan, advice, follow up and escalate, as needed

Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000

    • Amazing client-facing skills and attention to details
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • A positive outlook to the job at hand that resonates through all areas of your work
    • Marketing channel knowledge: SEO, PPC, Display, Email, Affiliate Marketing etc.
    • Able to build strong, fulfilling relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • This position requires occasional travel to visit clients.
    • BA/BS; Marketing, Business or related field
    • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
    • Positive experience using Google Analytics and other third-party optimization tools
    • Proven track record of marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B markets
