Job Description
ROLE
Telefonica Tech India is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent acquisition partner to join our people team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, with the ability to manage various roles at the same time. This role provides an excellent foundation for building a rewarding career in Human Resources. As a Talent acquisition partner expect to be:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
- Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates and build a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Working with the wider People team and IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs, to assist with planning recruitment strategies.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidates’ applications are processed efficiently
- Update and maintain in-house ATS system to ensure company-wide candidate database for India
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn
- Familiar with Applicant tracking system Smart Recruiters (Nice to have)
- Must have experience in recruiting for specialized & niche skills in IT.
