Position Overview

McLaren Macomb seeks an inspirational and strategic financial leader to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive will be a key partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, clinical partners, Board members, and staff, driving financial strategies that support the hospital’s mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial strategies and operations for McLaren Macomb.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting functions.
  • Optimize revenue cycle management in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Oversee managed care contracts, vendor and physician contracting, decision support, and treasury functions.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance for growth and service line opportunities.
