Responsibilities:

This innovative Visual Designer to work on our client's trading platform. We are looking for a team player who can participate in both granular design work and contribute to the strategic visual design direction for current and future products. The candidate should have a proven track record in producing exciting, innovative visuals for modern desktop software applications and web-based products. The individual in this role will be responsible for iterating out-of-the-box solutions and solving tough design problems in the financial arena that involve large data sets and complicated workflows. An ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, understand constraints quickly, and excellent typographic skills. In addition to visual design principles, the candidate should be familiar design trends and cycles. Professional experience or a degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, or related field is strongly preferred.

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience in designing and prototyping for real-time desktop applications , Mobile devices and real-time rich web- based applications.
BA/BFA in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, Interactive or Multimedia Design, or related field
Demonstrated understanding of visual design via a portfolio -Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools, such as Marvel, InVision, etc
Demonstrated fluency with the Adobe Creative suite
Familiarity /understanding of HTML 5/CSS3/JavaScript
Experience in Agile/Scrum development process
