Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and manage Quality Inspectors.
Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and returns.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
Manage SOPs, inspections, testing, and quality records.
Support internal and external audits.
Drive continuous improvement and product quality.
Coordinate with Production and other departments.

Requirements
5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous Quality Supervisor or Management experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED required.
