Job Summary:
Lead the quality department and manage quality systems to ensure products meet customer requirements and ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the quality team.

• Maintain and improve quality management systems.

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework.

• Coordinate customer, supplier, and third-party audits.

• Monitor quality performance and maintain documentation.

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of quality experience in manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of quality team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D.

• Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred: Experience in job shop, build-to-print, aerospace, textiles, or defense manufacturing.
