Job Description
Job Summary:
Manage federal government construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, subcontractors, budgets, and project coordination. Projects range from $10M–$30M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project planning, buyout, scheduling, and subcontractors.
- Control project budgets, costs, and schedules.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and financial goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience with Federal Government projects.
- Strong knowledge of USACE 3-Phase Quality Control.
- Experience managing $10M+ construction projects.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings/specifications.
- Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
