    Job Description

    Job Summary:
    Manage federal government construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, subcontractors, budgets, and project coordination. Projects range from $10M–$30M.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage project planning, buyout, scheduling, and subcontractors.
    • Control project budgets, costs, and schedules.
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and field teams.
    • Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and financial goals.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience with Federal Government projects.
    • Strong knowledge of USACE 3-Phase Quality Control.
    • Experience managing $10M+ construction projects.
    • Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract negotiation skills.
    • Ability to read construction drawings/specifications.
    • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
