Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5–7 mechanics and oversee maintenance of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and upgrades.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve recurring equipment issues.
• Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
• Ensure OSHA, LOTO, and company safety requirements are followed.
• Work with Engineering and Production to minimize equipment downtime.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and provide on-call support.

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and shafts.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and preventive maintenance.
• High School Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed.
