    Job Description

    • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and safety training.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations.
    • Handle accident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
    • Conduct MSHA/OSHA training and recordkeeping.
    • Monitor safety trends, metrics, and workplace incidents.
    • Work closely with operations, HR, employees, and customer safety teams.
    • Support multiple job sites across different states.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of occupational health & safety experience in an industrial environment.
    • Strong OSHA and MSHA knowledge.
    • Safety certification required.
    • MSHA Instructor certification is a plus.
    • Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
    • 80–90% field/job-site work.
