    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee all daily jobsite activities

    Procure materials and subcontractor services

    Work with the Project Engineer to manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documentation

    Coordinate timely material deliveries with the Job Foreman

    Prepare and maintain project schedules and verify topographic accuracy

    Manage drawing/specification updates and As-Built documentation

    Administer subcontracts and purchase orders

    Obtain permits, schedule third-party inspections, and manage OUPS notifications

    Attend and contribute to weekly project meetings

    Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers

    Collaborate with Estimating during the bid and negotiation process

    Work with Accounting to prepare and submit monthly pay applications

     

    Qualifications

    4–5 years of relevant project management experience

    Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is a plus

    Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage documentation

    Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

    Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
