Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Drywall Foreman. The Drywall Foreman will oversee and coordinate all aspects of drywall projects, including managing teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment. Other responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, assigning tasks, inspecting work for quality, operating equipment, and providing hands-on support when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, task delegation, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment related to drywall and construction tasks
• Effective Communication skills for team coordination, reporting, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Carpentry, with specific expertise in drywall installation and finishing techniques
• General Maintenance knowledge to ensure proper care of tools, equipment, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and protocols
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
