Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Lead located in Sibley, IA. The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring workers meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating production schedules, monitoring equipment, and providing solutions to operational challenges. Additionally, the Shift Lead will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
