Job Overview:

Client is seeking a highly motivated and extremely organized Operations Install Manager to oversee and manage all siding, doors, windows, and trim projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of installations, maintaining quality standards, and managing the scheduling and operational processes involved in these projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and work very closely with the outside Installation Manager (IM). The IM is the onsite supervisor for all siding, door, window, and trim installation projects.

Oversee installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop, maintain, and adjust the install schedule for siding, door, window, and trim projects.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure the IM and crews adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations on job sites.

Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align project timelines with customer expectations.

Continuously assess project workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide regular updates on project status.

Manage all orders from start to finish along with the IM.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing siding, door, window, and trim installations preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be highly organized and efficient

Exceptional leadership skills with experience in overseeing others.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and best practices for siding, doors, windows, and trim.

Ability to read and interpret contracts and change orders is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as an install manager or in a similar operations role within the home improvement industry.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

OSHA certification or similar safety training.
