Responsibilities and key deliverables

·       Planning, organising and implementing test plans for new and existing store systems.

·       Effective Communication during the test life cycle between team members and across other system departments in order to complete testing plans.

·       Investigating issues that that arise during the test cycle and pilot stages of the software releases.

·       Creating and updating procedure documentation.

·       Pega or BPM Experience is a must
