Role Responsibilities

Key responsibilities 

• Business Analysis and requirements capture including Non-Functional Requirements
• Assessing requirements feasibility by analysing requirement risks and constraints and modifying requirements to mitigate identified risks
• Use Case development
• L1,2,3 process design
• Securing stakeholder approval of processes and deliverables
• Work collaboratively with different stakeholder’s including business, Development and Testing teams

Skills Required

• End to end process design
• Process impact assessment on business and IT domains
• Experience in BPM projects (preferably in Pega applications)
• Thorough process analysis and capture at all levels
