Desired Competencies:
•    SimCorp Dimension
o    Experience with the support and integration of investment/portfolio accounting and investment management systems
o    Knowledge of Batch/DFS (Data Format Set Ups)/DEX (Data Extract) configuration within the application
o    Experience with Static data set up and maintenance (security, pricing, model portfolio)
o    In depth knowledge of Performance, Treasury and Accounting modules
o    Experience with handling Corporate Action events
o    Understanding of full trade life cycle including settlements and custody holdings reconciliations
•    IT Specific
o    Experience in supporting processes that are mission critical and time sensitive
o    Proactively identifies, tracks, manages and resolves technical issues identified through testing and day to day use of the supported platforms
o    Broader knowledge in various technologies: Oracle, Linux/Windows based scripting, IBM DataStage, IBM WebSphere MQ, Software AG webMethods.
o    Working experience with virtualized server monitoring tools such as WMware vSphere
o    Experience with application performance monitoring and tuning
o    Takes part in an on-call rotation for after hour support of end of day batch cycles
o    Ensures that the application is operating within service levels and partners with Technology Services to investigate and resolve SLA issues
Helps to define and collect metrics to give a sense of how application systems and databases are performing and proactively mitigates symptoms
