Job Description

10+ years of functional experience in following modules: Cash Management, Deal Management & Financial Gateway    
 
Required Skills:

 
•         Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Lead (9.1 and higher)
•         PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with end to end upgrade experience
•         Well versed in understanding of Cash Management, Deal Management & Financial Gateway end to end business process flows for a large complex organization
•         Experience with the SDLC; Requirements Gathering, Keep-Drop analysis, writing Functional specifications, configuration, writing of testing cases and execution of testing cycles
•         Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team on a daily basis.
•         Fluency in English is a must   
•         Lead all phases of the project’s functional track – Assessment, Keep-Drop, Design, Configuration, Testing and Deployment
•         Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft Financials application and its utilization to meet business requirements
•         Take bottom-line responsibility for the functional track in a project and complete tasks per the project plan
•         Must have multiple PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project experiences (focused on CM, DM & FG)
•         Possess sound knowledge and experience of entire treasury management business processes
•         Must have project experience of working for energy & utility customers   
•         Knowledge of key business processes which includes reconciliation, month, quarter end & year end processing
•         Solid understanding of integration between PeopleSoft modules and with external applications
•         Experience in creating and executing test cases for Systems Integration Testing as well supporting User Acceptance testing
•         Experience with PS Query and XML Publisher
