We’re expanding and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to support our growing project pipeline. This role follows a defined training and advancement path, with a structured daily workflow and support from experienced team members.

Estimating Duties:

• Read and interpret ranch and solar site plans
• Use Land ID and estimating calculators to create accurate material and labor quotes
• Prepare structured proposals following company formats
• Ensure prices, materials, and calculations are reviewed and approved
• Help maintain accuracy of estimating tools with guidance from senior staff
• Map fence lines and job elements using defined templates

Project Management Duties:

• Oversee assigned projects according to established budgets and schedules
• Communicate status updates to clients and team members
• Participate in site visits and coordinate activities with the operations team
• Maintain organized project records and ensure tasks are completed to standard
• Follow reporting procedures and document job progress weekly
• Support adherence to safety protocols and company processes

Compensation & Career Path

• Starting salary: $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience and role fit
• Year 1: Full Estimator/PM responsibilities
• Year 2: Mid-Level – expanded project scope and logistics
• Year 3: Senior-Level – support team development and quality assurance

• Experience in project coordination, estimating, or construction-related roles
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to follow company procedures and standards with consistency
• Familiarity with basic construction materials (fencing, gates, grading) preferred
• Comfortable using standard software tools (Microsoft Office, mapping tools)
• Works well as part of a team and follows direction effectively
• Bilingual is a plus 

Must pass 50 State Criminal Background Check and submit to drug test
