The Ranch Hand helps to maintain the ranch land, property & equipment, exotics, and ensures the ranch is operating in accordance with the goals and objectives of the ranch. The Ranch Hand participates in necessary activities related to ranch infrastructure and wildlife.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ranch beautification and projects including mowing, weed eating, spraying, and shop cleaning/organization
• Helps to maintain ranch infrastructures such as shop, fences, ponds, roads, water systems, and other buildings
• Maintain and clean equipment including vehicles, tractors, skid steers, dozers, and UTVs
• Maintain high standards of animal welfare

• Ability to accurately solve problems
• Considering safety in all decisions
• Must be a team player
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Ability to drive a tractor
