Job Description

For our recently established global service center we are looking for a Head of Service Center with the below qualities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the service center, including staff management, project management, and service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and business units to understand their needs and priorities
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff
  • Developing and implementing new processes or procedures to improve efficiency or quality of service
  • Developing and implementing training programs for staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Presenting KPI reports to senior management, follow up on KPI discrepancies, improve staff performance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the global services operation

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, technology, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in shared or outsourced services operations with experience in management / leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and customer service tools.
