We are looking for a reliable Sales Support / Assistant to support the daily work of the Sales Director in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Administrative tasks to support the daily operation;
• Managing work settlement and invoices with foreign clients and subsidiaries;
• Handling incoming and outgoing documents, mailings, contracts;
• Managing Director’s calendar effectively;
• Organizing and coordinating activities related to internal and external meetings;
• Organizing business trips to foreign countries;
• Organizing Leadership Team meetings, regional and internal group events;
• Recording minutes of meetings, highlighting action points;
• Preparing presentations, status reports;
• Translating and interpreting (English/German);
• Keeping contact with top management and departments;
• Expat related arrangements;
• Professional handling of the sensitive information that requires a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

• Very good verbal and written skills in English and German.
• Professional level of using MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
• Interest in Sales, IT and finance.
• Brave enough to speak with clients and colleagues regarding invoicing and other administration issues.
