Role: Network Design and Deployment Engineer - CCIE Expert We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Design and Deployment Engineer (Service Provider Background) with CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex network infrastructures. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Architecture:
  • Design and architect network solutions that meet client and business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive network designs, including high-level and detailed design documents, diagrams, and configuration templates.
  • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and products.

• Deployment and Implementation:
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of network infrastructure projects.
  • Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
  • Conduct network testing and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and security.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide advanced technical support for network issues, acting as an escalation point for complex problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve network outages, performance issues, and security incidents.
  • Work closely with vendor support to resolve hardware and software issues.

• Client Interaction and Communication:
  • Serve as a technical advisor for clients and internal stakeholders during project planning and execution.
  • Conduct training sessions for client and internal IT teams on network management and best practices.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, project plans, and status reports.

• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for network optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases, standards, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering and design.
  • Proven experience in deploying and managing complex network infrastructures.

• Technical Skills:
  • CCIE Routing & Switching and / CCIE Data Center certification (active status required).
  • Proficient in designing and deploying solutions with Cisco technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS).
  • Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco Prime,SolarWinds).
