As their mission-critical teams continue to expand, this well-known client is searching for a  Business Systems Director to play a pivotal role in the way this multi-million dollar company delivers innovative applications and business systems.

What you get to do:

• Drive the development and integration initiatives for the essential enterprise-grade CRM systems
• Collaborate with both development teams and business units to ensure systems are seamlessly integrated and enhanced
• Take ownership of complex business issues stemming from recent systems integrations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define business requirements and conduct interviews to gather functional requirements and identify gaps

What you need to succeed:

• 4+ years of experience delivering strategic business applications while also developing and integrating CRM systems
• Strong track record of utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Proven mastery of the product development lifecycle for customizing and delivering enterprise-level front-end systems
• Previous experience leading and/or managing teams within an Agile / Waterfall environment
• Background in the banking / financial services industry is a plus but not required!
