Job Description

Purpose of the role

Technicolor Creative Studios HR Operations function is supporting our business on a journey of transformation. This includes the creation of a new entity in Warsaw, Poland, that will house both technical and financial colleagues.

The core aim is to locally support the creation of HR policies, processes, and services for our Poland location, including on/offboarding, contract management and payroll.

Our priority is ensuring TCS employees have an engaging experience from candidate offer through the entire employee lifecycle​.

Reporting into the Service Delivery Manger (Europe), and supporting the Brand/Functional HRBPs, the individual will have responsibility for managing the local delivery of effective ‘full employee cycle’ HR Services, with the Warsaw location.  There is also the opportunity to be involved in providing operational HR support to other European locations within TCS.

Additional duties include:

  • Provide dedicated operational HR guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day queries such as HR policies, HR processes, training, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and local engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process locally for new hires, including (but not limited to) contract preparation and system/email account set up.
  • Mange the absence processes locally (including medical, holidays etc)
  • Management of all payrolls related data and ensure accurate processing/reporting.
  • Support the HRBPs with employee relations issues, ensuring they are promptly reported, thoroughly investigated, and appropriately resolved.
  • Management of the company social fund
  • Management of local benefit plans, registration, and invoice management  
  • Provide advice and counsel to leaders and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliance-driven work environment.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR processes including compensation planning and compliance, learning and development, and other wider organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs/CEO leaders and their teams) on other HR projects as necessary.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience of working in the Human Resources function with operational HR responsibilities relating to local payroll, HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, policy compliance, training, and employee benefits.
  • Knowledge of Polish Labour Law
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Experience of HR systems (especially Workday)
