Job Description

Technicolor is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager –Transformation to lead and collaborate on cross-functional projects focused on transformation, growth, organisational changes, process improvement and automation. You will work closely with production, technology, operations, workforce planning, HR and finance teams, as well as PPM colleagues from other geographies to solve challenging problems that will improve colleague experience and enable business growth.

The ideal candidate has experience managing large cross-functional programmes, has a high level of initiative and is a great team-player, as well as an inspiring leader. Experience in improving maturity of Project Management Offices is highly desirable – you have to feel comfortable with significant levels of ambiguity and thrive on bringing clarity to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, working with stakeholders from different levels of the organization
  • Bring structure and clarity to project scoping discussions
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with junior colleagues and senior executives alike
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 2+ years of experience in large scale, multi-national operational environment
  • Proven ability to create PowerPoint presentations for C-level executive management
  • preferred immediate joiners
