As part of the animated feature film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Mutant Mayhem (Nickelodeon), Mikros Animation is looking for a Lead Compositing to join its multi-skilled team! 🐢🍕

Under the responsibility of the Compositing and CG Supervisors, the Compositing Lead will work and guarantee the production of the various compositing sequences present in the film, in compliance with the director's artistic vision and the quality expectations expected by the project.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Apply and have the Compositing Artists apply the aesthetic, technical and methodological guidelines defined upstream by the Supervisor while ensuring that the director's overall creative vision is respected and the visual requirements are met
• Be a force for proposing good practices and approaches necessary for the production of each plan
• Listening to its teams in order to identify and address potential technical problems and collaborate in their resolution with the teams concerned
• Ensure compliance with the quotas established by the Supervisor and the Production Coordinator, both his own quotas and those of his team
• Follow-up of shots on a daily basis: help teams respond to feedback from daylies and various reviews

Required skills...

• Expertise in full CG compositing
• Nuke Mastery
• Technical problem solving skills and abilities
• Previous experience in team management required (ideally previous experience as a Lead on an animation project)
• Creative sense and ability to understand artistic guidelines
• Prior Animation or Live Action feature film experience required
• Be fluent in English
