Lookdev Leads are expected to produce high quality Lookdev and shading for our CG Assets while also leading our team to maintain deadlines and set up shots. 

• Strong knowledge of Renderman 
• Strong knowledge of rendering methods
• Strong knowledge of Physically Plausible Shading models
• Strong knowledge of Mel/Python scripting

Any of the following experience is a great advantage:

• Experience using Katana
• Shader Writing Abilities
• Previous experience with Linux
• Experience with real-world lighting and photography
