The developer would be responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging, maintaining and documenting of the new agency requirement of Microsoft Active Directory User management system.

The developer would be responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging, maintaining and documenting of the new agency requirement of Microsoft Active Directory User management system. Interfacing agency’s current .net web applications to Active Directory. Developing in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices used by the agency. They would participate in the application technical design process and completes estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks.  The Developer also communicates with the appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are delivered with the highest of quality and in accordance to standards. 

Current tools and technologies include:
• Softerra, .Net 3.5 or 4, MVC 3/ 4 Framework, C#, Entity Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, CSS, Dreamweaver, ColdFusion10, Bootstrap, SQL Server Report Services, Visual Studio 2013 and above
• Database experience with SQL Server 2008 and above

Skills and Requirements:
• 4 or more year's experience in Softerra or any other similar Microsoft Active Directory Administrator tools. Setting up the initial Active Directory environment.
• 5 or more year's experience in web application development
• 4 or more year's experience in web application development using ASP.Net, MVC Framework, C#, Entity Framework
• 4 or more year's experience in HTML5, JavaScript, XML, CSS, UML, SQL Server Report Services
• 4 or more year's experience in writing MS SQL Stored Procedures / Functions for application use.
• 4 or more year's experience in Configure/Create/Modify Entity Framework is required.
• 2 or more year's experience in AngularJS and Web API is considered as an advantage.
• 2 or more year's experience in Implementing Windows Service is needed.
• 2 or more year's experience Visual Studio 2013
• 2 or more year's experience in database design experience
• 2 or more years’ experience Dreamweaver experience is desired.
• Web application security enhancements
• Understanding of financial / accounting system
• .NET Security features such as Authentication & Authorization, Form-based Authentication, Authorizing Users, Roles, and User Account Impersonation
• Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Responsible, accountable, highly motivated, and customer service oriented
• Ability to learn quickly, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in small 2-3 developer teams is a MUST.
• Information Systems related bachelor’s degree.
• An associate degree or comparable work experience in an Information Systems position or related business position may be considered.
