Open Text (OCR) Consultant.

Duration : 12 month contract.

Location :  South America, or Asia. So they have to have a passport.

Knowledge of process of handling and monitoring invoice exceptions 

• Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology and ‘training’ of the system to recognize key fields on the invoice 

• Knowledge of local legal invoicing requirements (mandatory fields, archiving requirements, invoice submission requirements) 

• Experience is designing and implementing a vendor invoice management solution, preferably Open Text 

• Knowledge of local tax requirements 

• Experience in designing and implementing invoice status portals 

• Understanding of various invoice interfaces (i.e. freight) and interface to Ariba for the Supplier invoice status portal 

• Knowledge and experience of SAP FI module and AP process 

• Effective communication skills
