Company Description

For one of our Clients, Shared Service Center which provides services in the domains of accounting, finance, customer service, marketing, IT and HR, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives with languages.

Job Description

  • Managing customers’ business needs over the phone
  • Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
  • Receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources)
  • Generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction
  • Contributing to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities
  • Assisting other team members to leverage and develop their capabilities

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, communicative with a willingness to support  customers
  • Excellent knowledge (C1 level) of one of the following languages combinations:
     
  • GERMAN AND ENGLISH AND ANOTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE
  • SLOVENIAN AND ENGLISH AND ANOTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE
  • DUTCH AND ENGLISH AND ANOTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE
  • BULGARIAN AND ENGLISH AND ANOTHER EUROPEAN LANAGUE
     
  • Altogether you should be able to speak 3 languages, in combinations listed above, Polish excluded
  • Not afraid of facing new challenges or opportunities
  • With enthusiastic approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint is needed
  • First working experience will be a huge asset
