As Senior Business Analyst you will:

• Conduct the end-to-end requirements gathering functions for a large client project.
• Actively interact with the Client / Business to understand the project’s requirements.
• Prepare all required documentation such as user stories, low fidelity wireframes, and flow charts.
• Seek client’s approval and facilitate the scope change process with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Solve unstructured problems and extract data from various sources and to design, construct, execute complex analyses to come up with data and reports that help solve the business problem.
• Share the understanding with the downstream processes such as UX, Data team, Dev team, and QA.
• Understand and analyze the business requirements.
• Convert business requirements documents (BRD) to low level technical documents (LLD) for developers.
• Interact with business stakeholders and support sprint planning (from documentation perspective) – functional features across sprints.
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholders’ business needs.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes and characteristics.
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Define the UAT deliverables and support testing.
• Support developers to understand the business goals / requirements / technical documents (LLD).
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio and Excel.

To Qualify you Need to have:

• 8 to 12 years’ experience
• Experience in managing large projects.
• Exposure to software development process.
• Detail-orientation and an aptitude for solving unstructured problems.
• The ability to extract data from various sources.
• Skills to design, construct, and execute complex analyses.
• Good reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• The ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions.
• Analytical, computer, statistical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment.
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
• Strong and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills using Jira, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education: - 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering / CCE / MIS or equivalent educational / work experience.
