University graduate in computer science, business, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ experience

5 years’ experience with performing business process analysis/facilitation to help define and capture business requirements (including reporting requirements)

5 years’ experience with business requirement documentation (including the creation of MS Visio diagrams) as well as managing requirements.

5 years’ experience maintaining existing documentation and providing recommendations to increase efficiency (i.e. template creation)

4 years’ experience with creating other project documentation related to testing such as writing test strategies, test scenarios and test cases

4 years’ experience with testing various applications, monitoring testing activities and providing guidance/support to the test team

4 years’ experience with site design and content/document management using SharePoint (as well as government orientation knowledge transfer)

3 years’ experience with developing training processes and user guide documentation

2 years’ experience with creating project charters, status reports, and other project management documentation and responsibilities

5 years’ experience with MS Visio

4 years’ experience with MS SharePoint

2 years’ experience with MS Projects

1 year’ experience with business case writing

4 years’ experience with Serena Business Mashups

2 years’ experience with Corporate Income Tax (CIT) in the areas of (re)assessment, audit, dispute resolution, and web client self-service

2 years’ experience with compliance inventory management

1 year’ experience with International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)

1 year’ experience with Unclaimed Property (UP)

1 year’ experience with Health Cost Recovery (HCR)

1 year’ experience with Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2010 Team Web Access (i.e. logging bugs)

2 years’ experience with Oracle’s Toad or SQL Developer

1 year’ experience with Oracle Discoverer or other reporting tools

5 years’ experience working in Government development environment
