Experience in the development of processes and procedure documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, business and technical requirements gathering. Must be able to manage data, create visuals and to develop and deliver presentations. 

Financial and / or insurance industry experience 

Information Security and / or IT Audit background preferred 

Strong knowledge and adherence to project management methodology and process 

Knowledge of the IAM functionality in at least one specific area 

Knowledge of IAM organizational structure 

Knowledge of IAM mission and goals 

Ability to multitask across multiple functional areas 

Good documentation skills, including PowerPoint and Excel 

Good communication and follow-up skills 

Background in IT, Preferable if some is in security related projects 

Good analytic ability to decompose general direction into specific deliverables 

Attention to detail 

Able to work across both BU and IT functional organizational areas 

Understands the “big picture” but is capable of resolving technical issues 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience and 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
