Job Description
Qualifications of a successful candidate must include:
• Intermediate (3-6 years) experience with the Avaya Aura software, specifically Communications Manager (CM) and Session Manager (SM);
• Avaya Certifications (not required, but is a plus);
• Experience with Avaya Call Center (not required, but is a plus).
Qualifications
Responsibilities of the IT Resource shall include but are not limited to the following:
• Telephone Move, Add, Change work;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with telephones;
• Deploy advanced features as needed;
• Facilitate call center adds and changes;
• Facilitate department moves;
• ACD Changes cabling oversight for moves;
• Network port activations as needed;
• Train other team members.
