Job Description: 

The TDM is a technical delivery/project manager that is responsible for coordinating all Technology requirements and deliverables within the project/program and may do this for several projects at once. TDMs work closely with the business team to understand their requirements, seeking additional detail or clarification as needed, and ensuring the technology teams review and understand the requirement and timeline expectations. The TDM then coordinates the activities of the various technical teams such as Architecture, Infrastructure, Development, Testing and Deployment, Release Management, and Production Support to ensure successful design and delivery of the technical aspects of the project. 

Typical TDM activities:

• Report Technical Status updates on progress, issues, and risks, providing mitigation plans as needed

• Manage budget and forecast for Technology portion of project

• Lead integrated design discussions and ensure delivery of design and other technical documents

• Track progress of environment and development deliverables to ensure timely entry into integrated testing 

• Coordinate performance, SIT, UAT testing and defect resolution

• Coordinate project handover to Production Support including knowledge transfer sessions 

• Develop and oversee completion and implementation of technology deliverables, activities, and plans

• Coordinating with the DBA , Systems Administrator, and other Support groups 

• Work with Infrastructure leads to ensure engineering/hardware requirements are fulfilled

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Technical project management experience

• Application development or other technical experience

• Outstanding communication skills

• Finance/Tax experience a plus

Relevant Years of Experience: 6+ 

Total IT experience: 7+ years 

Job Status: Permanent / Full time postion

Eligibility: EAD GC/ GC/ US Citizen
