Required Skill Set: 

• •    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology field 
• •    Minimum of 2 to 7+ yrs. experience in the software quality assurance industry, preferably in an Agile environment (depending on job level) 
• •    Working experience with one or more database technologies and knowledge of RDBMS and SQL concepts 
• •    Working knowledge database technologies (RMBDS and NoSQL) 
• •    Ability to utilize and manipulate SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, etc. 
• •    Demonstrated proficiency using UNIX/Linux for basic shell & file manipulation 
• •    Expert in error log troubleshooting 
• •    Self-sufficient and can lead test plan design and execution 
• •    Experience with Rally or similar Agile project management and lifecycle tracking tool 
• •    In-depth knowledge and experience testing Web Service APIs (SOAP & REST) 
• •    Hands on experience with open-source test tools and automation platforms (FitNesse, REST clients, and Selenium) 
• •    Works to introduce automation where needed and can promote incorporating automated tests into continuous integration workflows 
• •    Ability to perform load and performance test scripts utilizing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Grinder, etc.
