Skills Needed: 

 Client relations, subcontractor coordination, project scheduling and planning, material procurement, equipment management, labor/crew production management, safety, superior knowledge of plans and specifications, estimating for projects ranging in size from 100K to 5M. Smart phone and computer knowledge including B2W estimating and Field Tracking software, SureTrak Primavira scheduling software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), letter writing, math, customer service, ability to meet deadlines, self-starter with confidence to participate in problem solving and ability to work with other strong personalities commonly found in the construction industry.

Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and 4-year degree in engineering or construction related program or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.

Heavy Highway construction experience is required.

 Bottom line requirements we need notes on with candidate submittal:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or related preferred.

2. 5+ years of Heavy Highway Construction experience including estimating for projects ranging in size from 100K to 5M.

3. Experience with B2W estimating and Field Tracking software and SureTrak Primavira scheduling software.

4. Local or close enough for a short easy move.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction
