First IT Solutions 

Must have at least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP MDM on multi-domains.

Implementation experience includes, but not limited to, requirements gathering, designing the future state solution, customization, development and post implementation support.

Must have directly interfaced with customer in at least two engagements.

Strong understanding of Data modelling, Data integration, Data Governance/Quality, Data architecture, project life cycle phases, best practices and processes.

Must have sound knowledge and experience of implementing multiple MDM architectures and business processes across multiple master data domains e.g. Material , Customer and Vendor

Knowledge and experience on SAP MDG preferred.

Knowledge of data quality tools (like SAP Information Steward) and ETL Tools (like SAP BODS, Data stage, etc) preferred.

Must possess strong communication, problem solving and communication and presentation skills.

Having SAP certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.

At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams .

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
