Experience Required o Architecting end to end Pega based IT Solution 

o Designing the Foundation layer (Enterprise class structure) 

o Knowledge of Pega 7/6 

o Insurance knowledge is preferable 

o Should be Pega certified (preferably LSA)

Should be able to create the architecture for complex Pega based IT Solution and obtain buy-in from customer organization on that

Provide guidance to the team on overall technology solution

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting & Client negotiation skills.
